As I told you last week, July 15, 2011 was the first day of my journey toward health and wellness. From that date through the end of 2011, I lost approximately 30 pounds. Only two changes were made in my diet. One, I increased my general awareness of what I ate. Two, I stopped eating cookies of all kinds.
Cookies were my comfort food and greatest food addiction. Some days, the only thing I ate was cookies and milk. Most of us have at least one bad eating habit. Can you identify all of your bad eating habits? If you can, you will have a great starting point for your health and wellness action plan. If you start addressing your worst eating habits, I believe you will begin seeing results.

Total Weight Loss: 72.8 pounds
